Mission and Values

Header-values

I use a values-based approach to both my counselling practice and my life. It helps me to create the kind of life that I want and acts as a reminder to be the person that I strive to be.

My mission statement remains the same in my personal life and in my counselling practice:

‘Celebrating the harmony of our diversity as much as the beauty of our humanity.’

My values are who I aspire to be in my life and my business. I encourage my clients to list and use their own values in the same manner. It is important to let your values lead the way when we are in a big or difficult transition, or even making daily decisions.

Values:

  • Compassion
  • Authenticity
  • Integrity
  • Health & wellness
  • Fun, Play & Joy
  • Acceptance
  • Freedom
